The Magundayao Case

It is unacceptable that, in this day and age, it remains so easy to separate children from their families simply due to the lack of an effective legal framework to resolve these types of issues.

Unfortunately, this is the reality. Only in cases where citizens have shown overwhelming solidarity with the affected families has it been possible to secure the return of the children.

Right now, Gerard and Laia’s four sisters need:

• As many organizations as possible (institutions, businesses, NGOs, etc.) to send the support document demanding the return of the children to Spain.
• This page to be widely shared among your friends so that the media take notice of the serious problem this family is facing.

Any association can help comfort the family and contribute to the children’s return. Your town hall, your neighborhood association, your gym, your local pétanque club, the store where you shop... We need everyone to rally behind Gerard and Laia.

Gerard and Laia need your help! They are two children, aged 6 and 4, who must return to Spain!
